Business Development Representative
Join our growing team as a Business Development Representative and help local Union County businesses grow through our comprehensive digital services. This is a commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential. You'll be selling web development, SEO, content creation, and digital marketing services to small and medium-sized businesses throughout Union County and surrounding areas. Perfect for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives on performance-based compensation and building lasting client relationships.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years proven B2B sales experience with track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Self-motivated and comfortable with commission-based compensation structure
- Strong communication skills - able to explain technical concepts to business owners
- Local to Union County, NJ or willing to travel regularly for in-person client meetings
- Experience with consultative/solution selling (not transactional)
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) preferred
- Digital marketing or tech sales background is a plus but not required
- Hunter mentality - proactive at prospecting and closing new business
- Professional appearance and reliable transportation for local meetings
