Services
BKND Development LLC provides web development, content creation, AI automation, mobile app development, and related digital services.
Client Responsibilities
- • Provide accurate and complete project requirements
- • Supply necessary content and materials in a timely manner
- • Respond to communications within agreed timeframes
- • Make payments according to agreed terms
Our Responsibilities
- • Deliver services according to agreed specifications
- • Maintain confidentiality of client information
- • Provide reasonable support during project development
- • Meet agreed deadlines and milestones
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. BKND Development LLC retains rights to any pre-existing intellectual property and methodologies.
Limitation of Liability
BKND Development LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Termination fees may apply as specified in individual service agreements.
